Industrial filter cartridges are core components of industrial filtration systems, mainly used for solid-liquid separation, gas purification, and particle interception. Their design needs to adapt to the requirements of different industries for precision, corrosion resistance, and flow rate.
1. Efficient filtration and treatment capacity;
2. Economy and convenient maintenance;
3. Wide application scenarios;
4. Environmental protection and intelligence.
The core working principle of industrial high-flow filter cartridges is based on physical sieving, interception, and adsorption mechanisms, combined with multi-layer filter material structure and optimized design, to achieve high-flow treatment and efficient filtration.
The maintenance of industrial high-flow filter cartridges should focus on pressure differential monitoring, surface inspection, and water quality testing. The specific measures are as follows:
1. Pressure difference monitoring
Install a pressure difference gauge to record the pressure difference change between the inlet and outlet in real time. When the pressure difference is close to 2-3 times the initial value (or reaches the set threshold, such as 2-3 bar), the filter cartridge must be replaced immediately to avoid unplanned shutdown.
2. Surface inspection
Regularly observe the pollution of the outer surface of the filter cartridge (such as color change, impurity adhesion). If the pollution is obvious and the pressure difference does not reach the replacement standard, there may be damage or seal failure, and the filter cartridge needs to be replaced in advance.
3. Water quality testing
Monitor the produced water quality indicators (such as turbidity and particle count). If the water quality deteriorates and the replacement standard has not been met (or the pressure differential does not reach the replacement standard), it indicates that the filter cartridge may be damaged or the filtration efficiency has decreased, and inspection must be performed immediately.
4. Cleaning and replacement
Cleanable filter cartridges (such as PP melt-blown, metal sintered filter cartridges) need to be backblown with compressed air or soaked in neutral cleaning agents and then rinsed; disposable filter cartridges (such as PP filter cartridges) must be replaced when the pressure difference exceeds 0.1MPa or after 3-6 months of use.
