1. For different water qualities, the designed membrane flux will vary greatly. Users could conduct sufficient tests or consult our company.
2. L/(㎡•h) refers to the water output of 1 square meter of MBR membrane per hour, with the unit being liter (e.g., 20 L/(㎡•h) means 20 liters of water output per square meter per hour).
The membrane fiber is made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), a material that possesses excellent chemical properties. The material itself offers good anti-fouling performance, and after hydrophilic treatment, its surface is highly resistant to fouling and clogging.
Comprehensive Mechanical Performance: The membrane fiber has high tensile strength, high elongation, and good toughness, with a tensile strength of ≥200N.
High Interception Rate: The 0.1 μm membrane pore structure not only removes bacteria but also eliminates more organic matter, significantly improving the quality of the effluent water.
Long Service Life: With advanced design concepts and manufacturing technology, the product has basic properties such as high pollution resistance, high strength, high interception rate, and high water production. Its service life can reach more than 3 years.
Good and Stable Effluent Quality: The membrane can intercept almost all microorganisms, especially those that are difficult to precipitate and have a slow reproduction rate. As a result, the biological phase in the system is greatly enriched, and the process of acclimatization and proliferation of activated sludge is significantly shortened.
