The turbine flow meter is a new generation of turbine flow meters optimized through absorbing advanced technologies of domestic and foreign flow meters. It features a simple and lightweight structure, high accuracy, good reproducibility, quick response, and easy installation, maintenance, and use. It is widely used to measure liquids in closed pipelines that do not corrode stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13), corundum (Al₂O₃), or cemented carbide, and are free of impurities such as fibers and particles, with a kinematic viscosity of less than 5×10⁻⁶m²/s at operating temperature. For liquids with a kinematic viscosity greater than 5×10⁻⁶m²/s, the flow meter can be used after liquid calibration. When matched with display instruments with special functions, it can also perform quantitative control, over-limit alarm, etc., making it an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy conservation.
