66,500 Tons/Day Clean Wastewater Treatment System

This project is located in Jiangsu Province, aiming to treat a total of 66,500 tons of clean wastewater per day, including 37,100 tons/day of high-concentration wastewater and 29,400 tons/day of low-concentration wastewater. These two types of wastewater have significant differences in water quality and high treatment requirements. Huaqiang Environment adopted the "classified pretreatment + collaborative advanced treatment" solution: the high-concentration wastewater undergoes anaerobic hydrolysis pretreatment, while the low-concentration wastewater is treated through the biological contact oxidation process. Finally, both types of wastewater are jointly sent to the high-density tank, V-type filter, and dissolved air flotation (DAF) unit, and the effluent is then delivered to the dual-membrane system to ensure that the effluent meets the standards for reuse.

During the project implementation, Huaqiang Environment optimized the equipment layout to achieve efficient system connection and completed commissioning in three and a half months. The system has operated stably, with the COD removal rate of high-concentration wastewater exceeding 92% and the suspended solids (SS) removal rate of low-concentration wastewater reaching 98%, helping the enterprise achieve green production.
