20,000 Tons/Day PTA Reclaimed Water Reuse Project

This project addresses the key pain point of high water consumption in the PTA industry, with the core goal of "wastewater resource utilization". Designed with a treatment capacity of 20,000 tons per day, it converts wastewater generated during PTA production into reclaimed water that meets process standards. This effectively alleviates the enterprise's water supply pressure, reduces fresh water consumption, and provides key support for green and circular production in the PTA industry.


The project adopts an efficient treatment process: Wastewater is first lifted and its water quality is improved via aeration equipment, then passes through a multimedia filter to remove suspended solids and impurities, followed by a precision filter to further intercept fine particles. In the core treatment stage, deep purification is achieved through an ultrafiltration (UF) system, and desalination is realized in combination with primary reverse osmosis (RO). This significantly improves water resource utilization rate, balances treatment efficiency with energy conservation and environmental protection, and sets a benchmark in the field of PTA reclaimed water reuse.
