Serving Hengli Petrochemical's 2×2.5 Million Tons PTA Project (the World's Largest Single-Unit Capacity) and Undertaking the 72,000 Tons/Day Demineralized Water Project 

As the world's largest single-unit capacity PTA project, the 2×2.5 million tons PTA water treatment system of Hengli Petrochemical (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. has extremely strict water quality requirements. As a core auxiliary resource for production, demineralized water must meet the demands for high purity, high stability, and ultra-large flow supply. Huaqiang Environment has undertaken the construction of its 72,000 tons/day demineralized water system. Relying on over 30 years of technical accumulation, the company adopted the "pretreatment + cation-anion exchange + mixed ion exchange" process, ensuring that the effluent resistivity stably reaches above 15 MΩ·cm, which is in line with production standards.

During the project implementation, Huaqiang Environment's professional team followed up the entire process and completed the commissioning in 3 months (20% shorter than the industry average). To date, the system has operated stably without faults—it not only guarantees the efficient production of the PTA unit, but also reduces energy consumption by 15% through intelligent control, achieving an annual cost saving of over 3 million RMB.
