This project is jointly developed with great efforts by Huaqiang Environment and Zhuorong Design Institute. In response to the large water demand for primary demineralized water in the refining industry, it is designed with a treatment capacity of 60,000 tons per day. It provides stable, reliable, and high-quality make-up water for refining production units, helping to solve problems such as equipment corrosion and scaling caused by poor water quality in the refining process, and ensuring production safety and efficiency.

The project adopts an advanced water treatment process of "disc filter + ultrafiltration (UF) unit + primary reverse osmosis (RO) + concentrated water reverse osmosis (RO)". In the front-end, the disc filter removes suspended solids and large particulate impurities from raw water; then the ultrafiltration unit achieves deep interception of pollutants such as colloids and microorganisms. The core reverse osmosis system operates in two stages, which significantly improves the water resource utilization rate. The entire process balances treatment efficiency, energy conservation, and environmental protection, setting an efficient model for water treatment in the refining industry.
